Beans Beans the Magical Fruit!
The book is very easy to use, clear, concise and colorful. The recipes are simple to follow and there are tastes for everyone. I'm a recipe/recipe book collector so this adds to my Mexican group and will be an asset this winter when I want to make rib sticking dishes!!

For serious weight loss
I won't l sugar coat it, you have to be strong and strongly dedicated to follow through although expensive it's well worth the money in results.

2 of 2 found this helpful This book, as with all cookbooks, has recipes you'll use and ones you won't. Living in the southwest, one can't help but desire recipes for chiles when you smell them roasting on every corner in Aug/Sept! And who can't use a new chicken recipe with a flair? I've not tried many from this book to date, but the ones I have are simple and not very involved, making this a great book from which to choose a nightly meal! The book wipes clean, lays flat and the print is good size!
