We have our own unique style of mounting our insects in a free flight or natural pose rather than a squished scientific book presentation. We have perfected this unique style of mounting over decades of practice and while this style of mounted is more complicated and much more effort is required to maintain the life like curves and positions of a live insect we feel that it is worth the extra effort. We feel that the natural lifelike look of our designs make a much more attractive and realistic collectible and we are sure that you will agree. ALL OF OUR BUTTERFLIES AND INSECTS ARE SHIPPED TO OUR SHOP PAPERED OR UNSPREAD. ALL OF OUR INSECTS ARE SPREAD BY US AND MOUNTED ON CARDS THAT ARE PRINTED BY US AND THEN INDIVIDUALLY SET IN A SHADOWBOX PICTURE FRAME. WE MILL OUR OWN FRAME MOLDING FROM RAW WOOD THAT HAS BEEN DRIED AND FUMIGATED BY US. EACH PIECE OF MOLDING IS FINISHED IN 1 OF OUR 6 FRAME COLORS AND THE FRAMES ARE CUT AND ASSEMBLED BY US IN OUR OWN SHOP. ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE EACH HAND MADE BY US IN OUR SHOP AND NONE OF OUR COMPONENTS ASIDE FROM THE SPECIMEN ARE IMPORTED. EACH ONE OF OUR ITEMS ARE CLEARLY LABELED AS HAND MADE IN THE U.S. NO FOREIGN LABOR IS UTILIZED IN THE PRODUCTION OF ANY OF OUR ITEMS
