I've been selling antiques and collectables for over 20 years.

I like the ease of paypal. I except U.S. Postal Service money orders and of course good ol' american cash!

I try to ship items as quickly as posible. Sometimes items take a little longer due to special packaging needs or time restraints. I don't think it's taken more then 10 days to receive something once it has been paid for.

Taken on a sale by sale basis. Usually my customers are happy with their purchases and have not had to deal with this issue that much.
