I am the 4th generation on our family farm. I till the same soil that my Great, Great Grandfather Homesteaded in 1876. Growing up alongside my Grandfather I learned many important things. Throughout the years he's been gone one thing he told me has always stuck in my head. He said When doing business with others, be honest, be fair, and always give more than is expected. I've also learned over the years that it is impossible to make all the people happy all the time. Some people were just born grumpy and unhappy. All items offered for sale are assumed to be used unless specifically noted as new in the auction description or auction title. All new items sold carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase of any new item, for any reason, just send us a email request for a return authorization number and we will reply to you by email with the RA number and return instructions and address. Then return the item to us postage paid, within 15 days of receiving the item and we'll refund 100% of your purchase price less any postage and handling fees. Item must be unused and returned in the same box as was received, including all owner manuals and any other related paperwork and packing material. We do not accept returns of items damaged from neglect, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, or items damaged in shipping.
