I have a strong back in Customer Service. I have worked for TWA, a Bridal Boutique for 15 years, many small retailers, and also a MAJOR Shoe Manufacturer in New York. My education includes a BA in Psychology with emphasis on Sport Psychology. I have traveled extensively and now call Virginia's Eastern Shore my home.

I choose to only accept Pay Pal. Safe buying and selling is very important to me.

I try to ship on the same day that I receive payment. I usually ship USPS Priority mail unless an item is heavy. I try to keep my shipping costs down for my customerer so I research shipping prices in advance.

I do not accept returns at this time. I do my very best to carefully inspect and accurately describe my items including measurements. If I have grossly misrepresented an item I will make arrangements to accept a return less the cost of shipping. After all, I do have an eraser on my pencil too!
