I usually always use USPS Priority. Insurance is usually optional. I like to give the buyer the option to decide if the extra cost of insurance is necessary. With today's rising shipping costs, I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible(without using parcel/first class). I always package the items with care. No loose/rattles with my packing.
