As a relatively new ebay seller, I am trying very hard to maintain my search standings in ebay which now is controlled via the detailed seller ratings left by buyers. Anything less than a 5 adversely affects a sellers search standings. I ask each of my buyers to please consider this as you leave feedback. The S&H charges I charge are the exact amount charged to me by the USPS with either $1.00 or $1.50 added in for handling which covers my cost of gas to/from the post office, wrapping paper, tape, printer ink and paper, etc. which is all used every time I ship.
