Item pictured was not what I received. There was damage due to poor packing by the seller as well as a missing piece they didn’t include. After contacting them regarding the issues, they became hostile, unresponsive and was sure to mention they have a no returns policy.

I already told you...I gave you several options to try to help remedy the situation up to and including a FULL refund and you could keep the product. I fulfilled all of your "buyer notes". I also asked if the packaging looked damaged in any way so that I could try to figure out what happened and how to prevent it from happening in the future. To which I go no response. If you don't feel that you should answer my questions or work with me, there is nothing more that I can help you with.
