Item was a described and photographed, and seller shipped promptly. Shipping was very expensive at almost $40 for a plastic doll via UPS, and, unlike USPS, took 9 days to arrive, so I wasn’t very happy with shipping choice. However it was UPS that was unreliable, not the seller, especially for the high cost.

Shoes received were non-wearable, damaged soles were coming off the shoe. Sent picture of just opened box and damage. Contacted seller and nothing was going to be done. Items were way worse than described and would not refund money. The only thing the shoes could would a paper weight as long as they stayed in the box.
