I ship as quickly as possible. I'm a full-time student - sometimes it can take a few days.
Return policy
Depends on the situation. If it's my fault for whatever reason, I'll cover return shipping. If, on the other hand, it's one of those 'I got it, but I don't like it' kinds of things, then I'll take it back, but shipping's on you. And I'll refund when the item arrives, not sooner - otherwise I'm just asking to get scammed.
