I have purchased a few items on Ebay and have only one strike against my account. That was becuase I accidently ordered a CD drive instread of a CD/DVD drive. I contacted the seller and they told me they would repost the item and assured me that they would not strike my account. But they did anyway and they will not remove the strike even though I have paid for the item I ordered.
