I have been a member of the e-bay community since 2004. I try to be very fair and honest in all of my transactions. My main goal is to make you as a customer very satified so that you will become a repeat customer. I am now a Trading Assistant so I can sell your items for you on e-Bay for a fee. Payment policy
I accept only Paypal. All payments are expected to be sent within 3 days of auction ending. If for some reason you will not be able to send out your payment within the 3 day time frame please e-mail me immediately so we can work something out.
Shipping information
I try to ship as soon as payment is received - usually within 1 -2 business days. I use priority mail most of the time to ship unless my ad states otherwise. I have found that by shipping using priority mail the item gets to you quicker and you are happier. I also offer combined shipping discounts for multiple purchases. Here is how my shipping discounts work: First all items must be purchased within 5 days of each other in order to qualify for the discount. Then I add up all s/h charges. If you buy 2-4 items I take 20% off total s/h charges, 5-6 items 30% off, 7-8 40% off, and 9+ items 50% off. I take great care in how I package items and how I ship them. I appreciate it when a customer e-mails me back and lets me know that their item arrived to them safely and in good shape. I offer insurance as an option - it is not included in the price of shipping.
Return policy
I have a strick no return policy on all items that I sell unless I grossly misrepresent the item. In that case please notify me within 3 days of receiving the item so we can work something out. Please do not leave negative feedback without giving me a chance to fix the situation. I will give you the same respect you give me.
