Always send first class and always within 3 days ...Usually I post the next day as I like to keep organised and hate to keep people waiting. Happy to combine postage on multiple items usually apply it to my invoices sent. Happy to discuss postage charges e.g. reduce price if sent 2nd class etc...

Returns accepted message me within 7 days and return within 30 days for a full refund. You will be required to pay the return postage costs. Items damaged or lost in post will be claimed for from postal service (please note royal mail has a 15 day waiting period for lost items before a claim can be made) As soon as claim is processed you will be refunded in full. On some items I can send a replacement if preferred.
