I had almost returned this item cause I thought my son didn't want it but then when he did I canceled the return n when putting it 2gether it broke in 1 place. I tried returning it but ebay told me there was nothin they could do because I canceled the 1 return..... so I reached out to the person selling it n they were awesome!!! They sent me a shipping label and r exchanging the item 4 me which was my preference. We r so thrilled! Very honest person would definitely buy stuff from them again!

BUYER BEWARE!! Slow shipping! I bought this item on 12/15 with an arrival date of 12/23. seller marked shipped on 12/17. Seller dropped item off to FedEx on 12/22 after I questioned there being no update to tracking number. New arrival date; 12/27! Seller insisted FedEx was having delays so I contacted FedEx to find the seller had not dropped the package off. I would not recommend buying from this seller. Please read the other reviews unlike I did prior to purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!

This seller is one of the best. Unfortunately my slow cooker had a disfunction, clearly not the sellers fault as the product was brand new. I reached out to them and they got back to me within 24 hours and I had a full refund back into my account within the same week.
