I have an extensive background in retail business along with a specific niche in fine jewellery, gold, diamonds and gemstone.My family owned several businesses from which I acquired years of hands on training and expertise in the jewellery industry.I have also acquired mucho education , along with mucho hands on experience(as always with a family business :o) , in a business Owner/ Management capacity ~ yes, there are many EARNED PERKS when your family owns the business.! There are also MUCHHH MUCHO MUCHO extra hours and normally 7 day a week schedules.
But I LOVED it and have not regretted even one single moment working with my family business.~ you DO have a bit of extra power with that! ~
Payment policy
These days I usually accept just Paypal payments.They seem to be the fastest, safest and easiest method. I always accept money orders, Email Transfers, and a few others if someone wishes to do that.You just need prior approval from me to use another method.Really, there isn't too many problems with payments and I am very open to suggestions and possibly newer methods.Just ask!
Shipping information
Shipping is a tough one being in Canada.It is mucho cheaper to ship from the US to Canada then to ship out to the US from Canada.I do my very best to charge only cost and use the fastest method available for a reasonable price.I usually ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.
Return policy
I give a 100% Authenticity and Quality Guarantee on everything that I sell.I personally check for quality and full disclosure before listing an item at all.Since I am so mucho, mucho aware and do all the packing and shipping myself, there should be no need for a refund.I believe I have only had to give 2 refunds in the entire time I have been selling on eBay.This is due to the time and care I give every item I sell. If there is a need for a refund,or a problem of any sort, I always give that customer my full attention until the problem has been resolved. All items are sold AS IS but since my policy has always been full disclosure, .....there has been very little need for any refunds.
