Feedback delay
Some of you may have noticed that my feedback to purchases come in a bit late. The reason is that I work out of town a great deal and although I have someone to receive shipments. I often do not get the opportunity to check the condition and functionality of items received until I return home, hence the delay. I will not leave feedback until either someone(with items where condition is obvious) has received and checked these items or until I have personally(with items requiring functionality testing)have checked them. Please be patient. I am not doing this to be rude or inconsiderate. My work schedule is the reason for feedback delay.

Shipping information
All items shipped to my residence unless otherwise specified by myself. Prefer mail for smaller items, Prefer UPS for larger items. Will pickup, in person, larger items within 250km(150mi.) of my home postal code.
Return policy
If I am selling the items may be returned, postage/shipping paid unless otherwise specified at time of sale. Return must be made within 30 days and email notice given when it is determined that item must be returned.(in short, timely fashion not a year later)When buying I expect all items to be as advertised and may return those items that are not satisfactory. I expect the same consideration I give when making sales. All sales are final unless condition or issue was not stated within my original ad. (in short, no -I changed- my mind returns. There must be reasonable cause before a return is granted.

delays in response
Please be patient for my response. The nature of my work takes me away from home for several days to a couple of weeks at a time. Usually I have access to my email during these times but that is not always the case. As I am the only one that accesses to my email a delay can occur. This does not mean I am avoiding or ignoring you!!!! It simply means that I have not been able to access my email yet.
Business Practices
I treat my transactions like I treat my daily life. I live by the golden rule of -doing unto others as I would have them do unto me.- I expect this in any of my transactions. Those that do not follow ethical and honest practices best not do business with me as I will indeed exact action to hinder or stop unethical and dishonest business practices. Keep in mind that I have been utilizing the internet since it was first available to the public and was a former FIDOnet sysop of standing(FIDOnet was what was available before the internet)In short, I know how to make it uncomfortable on the net if the need arises. I also am well connected with the legal/law enforcement community. I prefer not to have to take any such actions if I can possibly avoid it but I won't condone or facilitate unethical/dishonest practices. Nuff said, point made.
