I'm a semi-retitred artist who can't just stand around playing shuffleboard, so I'm trying this eBay for a year or so to see how it works. I've shown my work in other peoples' galleries and have had my own galleries as well. I enjoy making artworks, not sitting around in stores. That's why I like the idea of eBay, because even if I do have to sit around the house writing copy and shooting pictures, I can do it all on my own schedule, not on the hours that a store demands.

I don't try to make money on shipping. If it's possible, I'll combine packages for a customer. I've done it before. Most of my shipping cartons are standard size, so I just tape 2, 3, or even 4 together real well, so they reinforce each other, and UPS loves it, and it saves a lot of money.

Customer has a week to get the product returned to me in good, saleable condition, unless it was damaged by the shipper, in which we make a claim against the shipper.

All my contact info is on the store and on each auction. I thought we weere not supposed to put addresses, e-mail, etc. on here.
