Respectful detailed representation
There are many statues of the dancing Shiva being offered for sale, but few are made with such attention to detail and quality as this. The intricate carvings of the face, fingers and features of the wheel make this worthy of display. The base is also taken seriously with the contours of the body and dimensions fitting in nicely each other. The cost of this statue was higher than the more poorly created versions but the value of the work is obvious even to a close inspection. This is a great and pleasurable reminder of the God as one could want to have in their personal space for the size and price.

Something special between the moments
1 of 1 found this helpful I don't normally purchase movie sound tracks but on the ambiguous recommendation by Maynard from the band Tool, I thought to give it a try.
It took less than 20 seconds or so for the first illuminations to appear; the subtle inspirations of the human spirit, the long history of man and his purpose, the struggles of light and darkness - all being expressed in this under valued collection of works. I cannot know where Peter Gabriel's influence begins or ends in this work of art, but just knowing that he had a hand in bringing it together adds a confidence to the experience that gives a further depth to the already complex arrangements. This is unlike any album in my collection, but IMO it deserves a space and quite possibly its own category. To anyone with a sense of soul, this will be much appreciated.

Surely an album that will be carried upon the winds of time for ever. *****
David Sylvian has been creating memorable deeply inspiring music for many moons. His unique voice, inflections, tones and almost minimalist music all assist to place proper emphasis on the meaning behind his actions, which inevitably then shine through with the beauty and love of his soul, the human experience. There is no pointless noise here, no unscripted fill-in sound to extend monetary value. There is only the light and echo of the cosmos, having found a worthy and suitable channel from which to share the universal light of love and truth. This album allows the listener to connect with something greater than their simple egos. This album is a diamond waiting to shine in your personal space.
