Paypal preferred, but we will accept money orders or checks. Items will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared.

At the present time we are shipping through Federal Express on our items unless noted as being sent by the Post Office. If you only have a P. O. Box, we ship through the Post Office. Your items are automatically insured through Federal Express, so therefore you do not need to purchase insurance on your item. We offer free shipping on item(s) over $49.00. If your order totals over $49.00, please wait for us to invoice you to take the shipping charges off your order. If you should happen to pay the shipping charges by mistake, we always refund them and advise you we have done so.

We will accept returns on unburned candles and non-personalized items. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to Candle Wick.

Our retail store hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. We are closed Sunday. You may reach us at 817-571-2850 during normal business hours. We answer emails normally within 1-2 hours during normal business hours.
