Just buy a piece of conduit.
The outer material has some cushion wrapped around a hard piece of plastic. No way I can use it. Regular foam roller is better.

Don't buy aftermarket Bobbin
Not sure why people sell or make such intricate parts and they fall apart first time it's used. Buy OEM, aftermarket ones are no good.
