I prefer Pay Pal for payments. I will accept money orders. Please let me know if you will not be making payment within 3 days or if you are waiting to make payment in order to combine shipping.

I ship almost every business day. Sometimes I get backed up and it will take up to 2 business days after a payment has cleared. I do combine shipping. I like to use first class for packages weighing under 13oz. I use priority mail for packages weighing above 13oz. I will use a $9.25 priority flat rate box if the shipping is over 2 lbs. A priority flat rate box will fit 5 or 6 infant outfits and 4 or 5 toddler. I try to charge as close to actual shipping costs. I do estimate when I am listing and if the shipping ends up being more than $1.00 off I will issue a refund. If you are wanting combined shipping. Please let me know early on and again when you are ready for an invoice. Please do not pay until I have sent an invoice with the combined rate.

I do allow returns. If I send the wrong size or item or unintentionally mis-represent the product I will refund for the product as well as shipping both ways. If you have received the item and it just won't work for you or you changed your mind. I will offer exchanges and/or in some cases a refund for the product only. I will issue the exchange or refund after I receive the returned product. I will not pay the shipping either way if the return is not due to an error in my part.
