Printing USPS Labels thru PayPal and Post Office Acceptance ScansI have great respect for the USPS and the 700,000 postal employees who support an EXCELLENT shipping system for eBay Sellers. However when you print and pay for a label thru Paypal, you can-not generate the post office scan form 5630 that the post office clerk can scan and accept your shipment into the system for true on-line tracking.
All the tracking system will tell you is that you created a label, it does not tell you the USPS received the shipment.

A View of the Recent eBay Changes from new eBayersRecently, I have had the opportunity of working with our Business Partner, the USPS and presenting eight one hour overview of Selling on ebay presentations, at two USPS location,to the interested general public. Regard PP Shipping and USPSI am aware of the USPS rate calculator and I use the desktop application from the USPS to calculate my 48 state shipping cost before I write the description and list the item. I also refund a buyer excess shipping if significant.....more than about $2.00. I combine shipping on multiple purchases.I set up an account with the USPS about 4 years ago and print labels from their site also.
