I started the eBay business because I was tired of purchasing Chinese Compatible batteries only to find that lasted for only a few months. And the used battery market was very risky. Most people were selling dead batteries, but advertising them as untested (either knowingly or unknowingly). I decided to invest in laptops and test each battery. Then in the summer of 2009 I realized that I was really selling RUN TIME, not just batteries. Like McDonalds selling fast service, not hamburgers. Since things have gotton busy, I have had my 17-year-old son help me with sorting, testing, cleaning, and packing the batteries. Finally, eBay is great stress reliever from the daily gring of my other business.

Shipping information

Same day shipping (if payment receive before 3PM ET). Sometimes I will still ship an item up to 5:30pm ET if I haven't left for the post office. I almost always use the United States Postal Service because I can ship and they deliver on Saturdays and their rates are more competitive than FedEx or UPS on lightweight shipments like a battery.

Return policy

I offer a 30-return policy for any reason. Return shipping is paid by the buyer only if they change their mind or they purchased the wrong type of battery.
