I have been selling wedding gowns for 6 months now. I absolutely love it. I am making so many people happy by providing them with the wedding gowns of their dreams at a price they can afford. Look at my feedback and see (I do have explanations for the few negs I have received). At first I used a supplier who was excellent at first, but slacked off, and unfortunately a couple of my customers weren't happy and I had to give a refund and get a dress remade. I then changed to supplier who was more expensive, but guarantees high quality, beautifully finished wedding gowns. Since then I have gotten so much positive feedback, and I am very happy with the results. I got into this business to make women happy by supplying them with their dream gown at an affordable price. I get so much satisfaction in return. I love it!

Unfortunately, when you're in business and been selling alot of items, you will almost always negative feedback by someone who is unreasonable and impossible to please. I would like to leave a brief explanation of the very few I have received: 1. This dress was from my previous supplier. This person made no effort to contact me and resolve it. I would have replaced the dress. 2. Unfortunately she was the bridezilla from hell! The original dress had embroidery and she wanted sequins instead. I said I could do it, and later found out it cost alot more, but I wore the cost as she seems so excited. She received the dress and admitted it was beautiful, but the sequins weren't exactly what she wanted. I offered to pay postage to get the dress fixed, but she demanded a refund. I think she bought herself another dress, and hence wouldn't take my generous offer. She then left negative feedback out of spite. Unfortunately there's always one!
