The eBay Backbone
I'm a strong believer in Integrity, Honor, and Respect. I applaud eBay for providing this forum for us. We all should be required to do this page, this way we know what to expect as long as they provide what they preach.
Business InformationHistory/background
I'm not a business, just an advanced collector selling to afford to donate and keep a few Certified Autographs along the way.
When I got online I spent up to 16-hours a day for months on the net learning everything I could. I also found answers for all kinds of questions for YEARS that NO ONE I ever met could answer. The Internet is the World's GREATEST Library!
Helping others has always been the meaning of my life. For 16-years I was an EKG Technologist (reading heart beats & rhythms) and even showed doctors how to read EKG's. I was licensed to educate nurses as well. That pattern recognition from EKG's was perfect for my leap into giving free opinions on sports autographs. I've had over (25) big autograph sellers banned from eBay since 1999. It's not easy convincing eBay to ban cash cows and it's even harder now!
Payment policy
USA- Paypal, check, money order, cash (at your own risk).
International- Paypal only. Anything that sells for more than $100 must be sent by REGISTERED mail outside the USA.
NO CANADIAN BIDDERS BECAUSE OUR MAIL SYSTEMS DON'T WORK WELL TOGETHER.
-------------------
Suggestion to sellers- USE ONLINE POSTAGE to make your own domestic shipping labels. Then you only have to pay .19 cents for Delivery Confirmation and then you can lower your S&H fees! Plus you get certain supplies for free and they'll pick-up at YOUR location for free as long as one package is Priority Mail or Express.

MY RULES ARE: $2.50-$3.00 NO MATTER HOW MANY CARDS ARE WON ON THE SAME DAY. No additional card fees either!
here is a BIG PROBLEM recently where MANY sports card sellers are deliberately making a decent profit from S&H. That's against eBay RULES as FEE AVOIDANCE>>> Like charging $1.00 for each additional card- that's paying their Paypal & eBay fees and there's NO OTHER WAY to justify that!!! Or having hidden fees that are only disclosed AFTER the auctions end. Like a seller who says WE COMBINE SHIPPING, but only say it's $1.00 for each extra card AFTER the auction ends. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! Clearly notify all bidders your exact rules in the item listing- there is no fair excuse to NOT do this.
Any honest long time sports card hobbyist knows that extra cards combined are FREE. If you don't do that- you followed some other jerk who came up with the extra card fee. A few years back THERE WAS NO SUCH THING! Don't give collectors any more reasons to stop collecting, GET IT?
Return policy
I safely package all my cards in a penny sleeve & clear taped top-loader, then send the card(s) in a quality bubble envelope. I've never had a bidder get a damaged card or request a return. In almost every case I would probably issue a refund if the cards arrived damaged even if they did not pay for insurance.

New Insurance Rules
Remember, sellers can no longer offer insurance as an extra fee. With Delivery Confirmation, you really never need insurance. The PO takes better care of Delivery Confirmation packages & Paypal accepts that as proof of delivery. My friend is a Postal Supervisor.
Shipping Envelopes- IMPORTANT!
NEVER SHIP CARDS IN PLAIN WHITE ENVELOPES! Most Post Office machines are now automated with special software that read the hand-written zip codes to sort them. These machines get stuck on top-loaders and get jammed. This often MANGLES the envelope & everything inside and requires a PO employee's time which they DON'T like. Same thing goes for flat manilla envelopes.
Cards should ONLY be shipped in BUBBLE envelopes. If you buy in bulk on eBay, they come to less than .20 cents each (with S&H already calculated in).
I'd rather pay $2.50-$3.00 for shipping in a bubble envelope, than have FREE SHIPPING & my card sent in a plain white envelope. If it's a unique card I won, your refund means little to me and warrants a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
Times are tough, but DO NOT take that out on customers! If you do and you treat me badly- YOU GET A NEGATIVE. Block me as a bidder if you wish, PLEASE! Because if you think your problems trump everyone elses' I DO NOT want to buy from you anyway!
