All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Hello Fellow eBayers, I have been a seller on eBay since 2003 and enjoy it immensely. I can no longer work out of my home due to a progessive disease. Through some great doctors and medical magic, I am able to shop for listed items. Please check.

Things I Enjoy About eBay
I have had the opportunity to talk and write to sellers who have become friends. I find that 99% of my customers are kind, understanding, and agreeable folks. I try delingently to put the interests of my buyers first and foremost. I will happily answer any questions or comments and welcome them.
Business InformationHistory/background
I was previously in a drug and alcohol counselor for a DUI Center and truly enjoyed my work. Although frustrating at times, you always know that that one person is out there that you will help to find their way in a life of sobriety. I was very sad to have had to leave my position, but I was undergoing so many medical treatments and doctor visits, I could no longer be a reliable employee. I have two grown daughters. My eldest is happily married and has blessed my husband and I with four beautiful granddaughters with another girl ready for delivery in July 2008. My younger daughter is in the dental field and she and her husband have decided not to have a family, except their big dog, Willow. They enjoy their summer property up north near the Dells, Wisconsin. She and her sister are extremely close and when she desires the company of children, she takes her nieces. Her husband is the oldest of 10 children.
I was born in Chicago, Illinois, but spent my entire adult life in WI.
Payment policy
I accept and prefer PayPal payments. I do accept personal checks and money orders. The latter seems to take a long time to arrive and occasionally doesn't arrive at all. I send one reminder and then I wait for 10 days. If I have no response from the buyer, I relist the item.
Shipping information
For items over 5 lbs., I find that UPS ground insured is the most economical. With the recent increase in postage at USPS, larger items are very expensive and making an insurance claim is long and cumbersome.
Return policy
I accept returns on all purchases. If the buyer just decides that they do not like the item, they may return it, but postage is at their expense. If I have misrepresented an item, I accept full responsibility for refund of purchase and shipping cost.

Homelife
My husband is in the insurance business, but planning on retiring soon. We live in a small town not far from the Illinois border. Our town has a river that runs through it and is filled with lovely Victorian homes. The town is growing rapidly and we now have a Super Walmart, Menards, Kohls' is currently being built. I thought having a Pizza Hut and McDonald's was a big deal! These corporations bring jobs to the community, but usually cause the closing of independent stores. I shop only in my town and never go to the surrounding cities. I love my town and support it in every way possible. We have a dog park, lots of walkers, and bike riders. It's a beautiful and safe place to be and raise your family. Close enough to two major cities if you desire some of the cultural opportunities. Friendly neighbors and wonderful people in general.
Things I Dislike About eBay
Sellers who start at item at a minimal bid and charge an exorbitant shipping fee. Double bidding by buyers. Items being listed with no photos.
