Shipping information
In college, I worked at a packing and shipping distribution plant, so my packing skills are of professional caliber. I prefer using USPS Domestic Parcel Post or First Class International, but will use UPS for over-sized items.
Return policy
NO REFUNDS; NO RETURNS. If the item you bought from me doesn't work, I'll help you troubleshoot it. I am a certified MSCE (Microsoft Certified Expert) and have 10 years of Help Desk experience at companies like AT&T/Yahoo!, Dell, Accenture and the NASD. If an item is marked untested, that means I have no idea if it works before I packaged it up and no means to test it.
