The item was properly packaged and arrived. The valences match the others purchased from another seller perfectly. I had no communication from the seller so I cannot rate that - other sellers often notify when an item ships this one does not. I am happy with my purchase.

The item was not as described. I received a refund , after I received a very worn and faded extra large king size pillowcase and ultimately complained.
