Shipping was fast and communication was great! Free or lower shipping cost would have been but price plus shipping was still a good value. Mirror had some minor scratches which weren't mentioned in the description or visible in the pictures, but it was used so minor cosmetic damage is possible.

Part was in good shape when it arrived - was packed very well, so far the part is working well. With these older trucks it is always a challenge. Email interactions were great as the sellers checked the applicability of the part. Im still trouble shooting a problem since i took everything apart for this issue - but my symptom was front driver running lights stayed on - and the replacement fuse box fixed that.
