History/background
Castaways has been in the consignment business for years. I love it!! I owned and operated 2 smaller stores -'Castaways for Kids' and 'Castaways Consignments'. For the ease and convenience to my customers as well as my consignors, I combined the two stores into one big store named 'Castaways Concepts' in August of 2006. Listing some of our items on eBay is a way to further our sales reach and add to the business.

Payment policy
We do accept money orders/cashiers checks, personal checks (with the understanding that items will be shipped only upon clearance of check) but prefer PayPal. Please email us at ebay@castawaysconcepts.com with any questions you may have.

Shipping information
We ship priority mail and have a very low handling fee. We will NOT over price shipping and handling charges. Contact us for international shipping rates before you bid.

Return policy
Returns are accepted when we have failed to described the item accurately. Items can not be washed and must be returned within 7 business days.We will work with you to take care of any problems that may arise. We truly take customer satisfaction seriously.
