Item Was received broken. Messaged Seller immediately with pics after opening and he did not respond to the item being broken but responded to a question about the description of being "new". Item was used and out out box to take pics and used for display. It NEVER should been allowed to be listed as "New". But not at important as ignoring my concerns about it being broken. Would NEVER trust this Seller again.

My contact with seller was great. Shipping on the other hand sucked! The package was to arrive between Sept 21-25 and it wasn't even shipped until the 22nd. It finally arrived the 29th! Also lost at UPS coming from OK to OH took 7 days!

We shipped the item in the EXACT amount of time that was specified in the item description. Actually, we shipped out a day earlier than what we could have. We cannot control the delivery time UPS took to deliver, if you look at tracking it states Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed.Why punish up for something that we had NO CONTROL over!
