Your item will ship out in the next 3-5 days after receiving payment. Your box will arrive via regular or priority mail via USPS. Items are sold AS IS, so returns are not accepted. Gowns will most likely need alterations this is normal no matter where you buy a gown. Should the item need any repairs, cleaning etc., that is up to you. Our gowns are really nice, so I doubt it. however is so, we will not refund for this. I am telling you all this so no one has anything to complain about and you are informed of our processes.
