I’m a Chicago based artist who has been painting, drawing & studying art since childhood and have worked with oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastels, colored pencil, charcoal and pen & ink, but I prefer painting with acrylics and drawing with pastels.

Original ART, Original Paintings, Original Drawings, : The majority of, landscapes, are from trips I've taken and while I'm painting or drawing I'm able to relive those moments. I’m also fond of painting other subjects such as, Cityscapes, and, still life, with challenging subjects such as water, glass and reflection. I've always enjoyed giving my art to friends and family as gifts because in my opinion it’s a gift from the heart. In 2005 I was married in Italy to an Italian native who was born and raised in Rome. Because his entire family still lives in and around Rome, we are able to travel back to Rome and other parts of Italy at least once a year where we can both envelop ourselves in fantastic art. Many of my paintings have been inspired by my trips to Italy and also Europe. I consider my style to be a mixture of realistic contemporary / classical at times with a touch of impressionism. I also enjoy using color to stimulate the viewer's senses and imagination.
