I love to shop for my little girl. Her closets are overflowing, but I keep on buying. I am an Ebay addict. Have been since discovering it in 1999. I have 4 cats and 3 pugs.

Nothing !! I gave it up when Ebay increased the seller fees and forced us to have a Return Policy. I was also sick and tired of people griping about the postage! They expected a 2 pound package to ship for 2 or 3 bucks! I even had a lady try to tell me she had never received her items, it had been almost 3 weeks since I mailed them to her. And then when I called her out on it, she said oh yeah, I got them but the skirt was completely ripped down one side! The skirt was brand new, never worn, tags were still on it ! I am sorry, but that ticked me off. It takes all kinds and I was just sick of dealing with nimrods. So, that being said, I will continue to bid and buy and be as honest, courteous and polite as I myself would expect to be treated.

Right now I am looking for clothes that my little girl can where to Private School. They have a dress code and that limits alot of what she is used to wearing. I love the plaid skirts, skorts and jumpers by Gymboree and Lands End. I bid on 14 items this past week and got outbid on 12 of them so I guess there are a few other snippys who like what I like as well.

Russian nesting dolls, I have over 100 sets. Also, salt and pepper shakers, got lots of those too.

I hate this stupid blog

I have been an ebayer since 1999. I got into selling just in the last couple of years. I loved going to garage sales and 2nd hand stores, but I found little time to do either. Ebay has been a lot of fun for me. I have only been burned a couple of times, and it is really my own fault. I understand that peoples perception of the condition items are in may be different, I always try to be as honest as possible when describing my items. I am human and I do make mistakes, plus my eyesight is not what it used to be. I am a full-time grandmom to a beautiful 7 year old princess. I also work full-time in my familys hardware store. I have 2 grown children. My family has been very involved in this community. Toledo has a Georgia-Pacific Pulp & Paper mill, the main employer that keeps us alive. We are just 10 minutes away from the Pacific Ocean and a few hours from the mountains.

I am just a bit cynical today. I am an honest bidder. If I like something I will bid, does not matter how many days the auction runs. I will NOT BID or OUTBID somebody when the auction is just getting started. This is soooo DUMB people. Why oh why would you be that stupid. I have had newbies bid and bid and bid, theres still 5 days left until the auction ends, yet they just bid and bid until they finally outbid me. Well, a seasoned Ebayer knows that once they finally succeed, we know right where you are and we'll outbid you at the last single ticking second. I find great pleasure in doing that, especially if its something I really want and once that little newbie snipper has gotten under my radar, its all over. Game on and the fun begins.
