Currently (March 2007), there are a metric ton of great stuff coming out. DC's on-going series 52 is just knocking my socks off and, it's on time EVERY WEEK (Hear that Marvel, it can be done). Fables, OMG! Check the first trade out of the library if you can. A murder mystery with the heroes & villains & characters from Fairy Tales & Legends. It's investigated by the big bad wolf; Snow White's sister is the victim (Rose Red), and you won't believe who the suspects are! Set aside a couple hours cause you won't be able to put it down. And then, there's Dark Horse Comics; I only have 3 words for you: BUFFY SEASON EIGHT! Joss Whedon feeling like his story was unfinished at the end of the tv series, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, now writes a new original season in comic book form! No, it's not a lie! All your favorites are back (if they survived :) and they're up to their old tricks. It's amazing writing, the art is good; the only downside? You have to wait til next month for number 2! & More...

We are Comic Book World, Inc. We have two stores in Kentucky. One in Louisville and one in Florence. Our eBay operations are based out of our Florence location. We have been in business in the same location in Florence for over 25 years. Our owner, Paul, has been in this industry for over 35 years. If you add up all of our employees times in the industry, we top 120 years. Paul (my dad), Cathy (my mom), Mark (my husband), Heather (my daughter) & I work together there every week. As a family business, we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers. We want each customer happy and satisfied whether they are across the counter or across the globe. We are a full-line comic store with over a 500,000 issues on display in our store and another million or more in our warehouse. Our High Value comic book collection is expansive. Our Westerns & TV Comic collections are unrivalled. We are also a full-line gaming store carrying everything you need to play hundreds of games.

We accept Paypal (who takes Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express), and money order or certified funds. All our auctions are based on US Dollars. We do not accept cash transfers, Western Union, or other payment services. If you would like to pay in cash, please stop by our Florence location and pick your item up in person.

We ship world-wide. We ship via UPS and USPS. I prefer UPS Ground, Priority Mail, & Global Priority Mail. Those are usually the methods I quote in my auctions. If you prefer another method and it is available to me, I will use it. Keep in mind, economy shipping is very slow. If you wonder what it will cost to ship to you, go to their web-sites and check the rates. My handling fee is either $.50 or $1.00 most of the time. International shipping is rarely cheap and I prefer not to use the Economy surface mail as it takes anywhere up to 8 weeks for them to deliver. If you choose that method, please do not complain about the slowness of my shipping (it's more likely your country's postal service.

We guarantee our products. If they are not as we described, we will happily refund your money. Refund will be made after merchandise is back in my hands in the same condition it left the store in. Comics should stay in their bags with our price tags on them. Any official seals (CGC, PGX, DFE or etc.) must still be intact. We accept returns for the following reasons: -Item was not as described -Condition was misrepresented -Item was damaged during shipping -Item was incomplete -Item had hidden damage -Item had a printing error To obtain Refund, please alert me within 7 days of receiving merchandise and I will explain to you how to send item back. Refund will either be via Paypal or company check depending on payment method.
