Received item. I noticed sluggishness of unit after overnight charge. Also noticed battery holder cap was removed and placed back as it was not closed as it should (noticable to naled eye). No power whatsoever to do it's job. Priced as a bargain but a waste of money and time. Not worth the headache to contact seller BUT seller should have disclosed that item ALREADY did not charge well to perform its intended use. I already have exact one that was losing cell power and this new used failed worse
