Return policy
Even with the utmost scrutiny and care, occasionally a customer may receive a defective part. As per the listing details, If you receive a part that does not work, we will gladly refund the PURCHASE PRICE. The part must be returned for credit within fourteen days of the delivery confirmation date, in the same condition as it was shipped. RETURN SHIPPING is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. We DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. Some items are clearly marked and are sold AS IS - NO RETURN. PLEASE READ the listing specifications, ALL electrical items are sold AS IS... we adhere to this policy for the following reason: Because we have no control over the buyer's failure to correct the cause of OR properly diagnose their original problem, we CANNOT warranty the item.
