Celestial Dreams was born in 2004 when my daughter Celeste was born. I have now expanded it onto eBay.

PayPal is preferred but credit cards, money orders and checks are also accepted. Payments by Credit Card can be made through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal Account. Payment is due within 3 days following the close of the auction except when mailing the payment. The winner of the auction MUST alert the seller within 3 days following the close of the auction that the payment will be mailed. Item will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared . If non-mailed payment is not received within 3 business days(10 days for mailed payment) following the close of the auction, an eBay non-payer notice will be sent and is not responded to, a negative feedback will be given for the Buyer.

Items are shipped within two business days after payment is received and cleared. Items are shipped Monday through Friday. Items are shipped via USPS and include delivery confirmation unless otherwise noted. Insurance is optional but consider that items are small and fragile and we are not responsible for items that are broken during shipping.

Returns are allowed if the item is different from the description AND if the item is received by the Seller within 10 business days after the Buyer receives the item and a refund will be given. Item must be in the same condition as was received by Buyer. Contact Seller before returning the items in regards to reason for return.
