Made offer on Pokémon game for Switch. Seller accepted offer and a label was created, but item has yet to be shipped. The seller is unresponsive to our attempts to contact him/her. Item was purchased on August 7th. I do not recommend buying from this seller.

Seller issued refund and sent a different game (Pokemon Scarlett as opposed to Pokemon Shield - not sure what happened to Pokemon Shield). My 11-year-old that saved his money to purchase Pokemon Shield is satisfied with Pokemon Scarlett. Therefore, I would revise my feedback to Positive if requested by the seller.
