To all potential EBuyers: This IS NOT my regular trade. I’m a Doctor and a Militaria Collector, and by no means an expert in swords or antiques. I have been an EBay buyer for several years, being a well -known professional in my community, where I have practiced for more than 20 years. You can easily find my details should you do an internet search. While I seldom sell items from my private collection, I have found myself in a situation where I have been asked to represent very private collectors, wishing to part with some of their items, and who wish to remain nameless due to social concerns. My position is essentially that of a discrete and trusted middleman. I will be happy to supply any required additional info and digital photos of auctioned items without charge. A meeting can be arranged to show these same items in person, for an added fee to be previously discussed. Please feel free to ask questions if you need more information.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS . I accept Paypal, Money-Orders, and Bank Wire Transfers.. I will wait for payments to clear before shipping. Cash is a risky proposition, unless paid in person.. ___ In case of highly priced items, I would very much prefer to hand the item in person locally (At San Juan, PR/USA) and receive a cash payment ___. Transportation to/from PR will be paid by the buyer.

We only ship to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and UK.__SELLERS: Shipping to and from San Juan, PR: The island is considered _local_ shipping by USPS (Zone 1)__BUYERS: We love using USPS Priority. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS SOLD OUTSIDE THE U.S. Otherwise, items may be returned within 72 natural consecutive hours from receipt, this policy being strictly adhered to. Items returned must be shipped back fully insured for the full winning bid amount, and with tracking services, all at the buyers expense. Returned item must be received back by me within fourteen consecutive days from initial date of receipt. Shipping, Insurance, Paypal and EBay charges won’t be refunded, plus a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Returned funds to be sent only after receipt of item in its _originally sent condition_. We take pictures of items and packages before sending.

I won’t accept bids from bidders with zero or negative feedback. Bidders with less than 10 positive FB, or with an unpaid item complaint within the last six months need to contact me prior to bidding, otherwise their bid will be cancelled, and item will be offered to next highest bidder. I reserve the right to cancel/block any bids of bidders with substantial negative feedback or other any issues deemed problematic.

Caveat Emptor: All items auctioned are described to the best of my ability, and often reflect the descriptions provided when bought in their previous auctions decades ago. Bear in mind that same were occasionally incorrect, and perhaps even misleading. I inspect items and describe them as carefully as I can, but I will miss things. There are people who have been altering and faking items for 30-40 years and sometimes alterations are very difficult to determine. Within your inspection period you must satisfy yourself as to originality. Acceptance of the item after the inspection period will hold me from any future claims or liability in case the item is subsequently determined to be altered or faked. Please treat the inspection period seriously, it is your chance to inspect or have a professional inspect an item, and determine originality and condition.
