I received a rotting aloe and sent pics to the seller, in which he ignored my messages and chose not to make things right even though I had made 2 other previous purchases. This seller does bad business and I would not buy him.

The aloe I sent looked nothing like the buyer provided photos. In the pictures from the buyer, there were big gashes in the leaves like they had cut them to extract the gel. Even so I told the buyer that if the plant didn't show new growth after being potted for two weeks, then I'd make it right. It's only been about a week and they decided to leave negative feedback anyway.
