The UPS rates included $100 insurance. In most cases,excluding weekends, your item will be shipped within 4 business days from the date your payment has cleared. All items purchased through Paypal are processed first. If we feel that an item is not packaged well enough to withstand the rigors of shipping as a single item in its original packaging, we will repack it to our standards.

In the rare case that a Return is warranted, such as a malfunctioning item, we offer a very liberal 7 days (which starts at the confirmed delivery date) to contact us. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of the auction item at our place of business.
