We live in the area and have discovered trails we didn't know about.
The book is filled with good info on trails in the area. The only negative is the categories they place the trails in; we have hiked a lot of them and the book is inaccurate in the easy and medium hikes. They need to re-access that aspect. But otherwise, very helpful.
