Recommended with reservations
I recommend this with some reservations. My son loves this and it goes fast. He is 11-years-old and he barely fits, so an age recommendation of 13 is a little old, and it may be too fast for younger kids. I do recommend that you don't buy this unless you have some mechanical skill and knowledge. The first few times my son rode it, the chain immediately came off (and I mean as soon as he pressed the gas pedal). I had to remove the engine, shim the engine to properly align the sprockets so the chain wouldn't come off, and replace the bolts holding the engine on because they were poorly made of pot metal instead of stainless steel bolts so they weren't strong enough to tighten down enough to hold the engine in place. Once I did that, my son has had no problems. However, without those modifications, this thing is a worthless pile of metal.

Very Nice Tail Lights
These are very nice looking. They bolted right up, easily replaced the OEM Tail Lights.
