CGII Photography & Computers is a new, small company located in Nevada, Missouri. What does the mean to you the customer? Several things that benefit you. Since we are centrally located in the continental United States we are able to serve our customers in a timely and efficient manner. It means you will not be lost in a large customer database and you will always speak to a real person when calling instead of an automated phone system. It also means that as a small company we are able to keep a low overhead and pass the savings on to you the customer. We offer product for over 120 companies including Intel, AMD, Microsoft, Asus, Samsung, Western Digital, and more. Products sold include a Manufacturer's Warranty. Items are shipped the least expensive way depending on size and weight. This can include UPS, US Postal Service, DHL, FedEX, or specified by customer.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer pays shipping for returns. Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. Contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions. RMA processing time is generally 2-5 business days once the RMA is received and meet all following criteria: 1. Return with RMA number clearly identified in shipping label or on package. 2. Return with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, packaging. 3. UPC code along with retail package. 4. No physical damage caused by customer or by carrier. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. If you return any physically damaged item the item will be returned to you at your expense. Software must be returned unopened.
