You should know that I hold customer service to be sacred. I'm still getting used to the whole e-commerce thing, so I'm coming from the perspective that you have to be trustworthy to be in business on eBay. Thus my long descriptions and many photos.

I first started selling books on ebay's half.com two years ago, and since then I've expanded my selling to ebay itself. I mostly sell collectibles that I find in my own home or at various sales, but I also hope to someday expand into clothing and other items.

I find PayPal to be the best option, so I use it exclusively.

I use USPS, and I typically offer either Priority or Overnight. I've found that the price difference between Parcel Post and Priority is negligible, so one had just as well go with the faster method.

Returns will only be accepted in the event of the buyer identifying a significant, value-affecting flaw in the item which I did not refer to in the item description and/or was not apparent in the item's photos.
