I accept PayPal and expect that items be paid for within 5 days of the purchase. I dont find it fair that I use personal time to chase down a payment and I am tired of losing customers that DO want the items but get outbid by non-payers. I ship usually 3-5 day US Mail. I ship item in 1 - 3 days depending on my schedule. IF YOU WANT TRACKING # Please request an adjusted bill before paying. To protect myself from fraud (people receiving items and saying they didn't) I keep shipping receipts and cannot be held responsible for items once they leave my possession and go to the USPS. Please do what you think will be best for you.

I have only had one return issue ever, and it turned out to be fraudulent where I gave a refund for a great item in good faith, but it was not returned to me. I DO NOT MISREPRESENT MY ITEMS AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. My usual problem on ebay is winning bidders not paying and sending me excuses to justify their buyers remorse. People ask me where I got the name from. It is named after one of my children because the fun memory always makes me smile. So, here it is... My boys love to dance and be silly. One day about 4 years ago when I was cleaning the house with the stereo on, Copacobana by Barry Manilow began to play. I was singing along and scrubbing away, when I look up to see my groovy little guy wearing only his diaper and the tight orange hat from his Pumpkin Halloween costume with the green stem on the top. He was dancing his heart out and in his little baby voice singing cha cha cha, cha cha cha... I laughed until I cried and of course danced with him for awhile forgetting the chores and the cares of the day. For a long time after that I called him ChaCha Head just to see him grin with a twinkle in his eyes, and watch him wiggle his hips and say, cha cha cha. I have my children to blame for my insanity, but also to thank for the memories that make everything worth it! I do the store for them.
