We believe we have fulfilled that pledge, and until quite recently sold our chairs on eBay through other third-party sellers, providing those sellers with over 99% positive feedback which just goes to demonstrate our quality wares and attention to Service.
We have now decided to deal directly with our customers and pass on the savings to you. We are determined to ensure ChairBarn maintains better than 99% Positive feedback by continuing to fully act upon the understanding that the ‘customer is always right’.
And that’s our pledge to you, backed-up by offering a full 12 month Company warranty on all the chairs we sell.
Payment policy
All standard payments shall be made through Paypal,
which accepts all major credit cards.
All payments shall be paid directly into the Sellers PayPal account unless stated otherwise. It will be the responsibility of the Seller to ensure that PayPal is available in his/her territory.
Payment must be made within 72 hours after an invoice has been received or the auction result will be cancelled and 'negative' feedback will be left on the Buyers account.
Shipping information
Flat-rate shipping price to all Continental 48 States of the Union.
The products are not available to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and unfortunately at this time, not to APOs, FPOs or Post Office Boxes.
The chairs are also available for local Las Vegas pick-up with a handling fee of $10.00. Please email Customer Service for details.
All goods will be shipped between 3 and 4 working days after the receipt of the payment. The Buyer will receive an email detailing all the tracking information thereafter.
Return policy
Items that are fundamentally different to the 'description' can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Conditions:
1.Before any further action can be taken, the Seller must contact us to receive a 'return authorization number' (RMA) and approval. Any accepted return shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. The original cost of shipping will not be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the goods. All shipment of returned goods must be insured at the Buyers expense. The purchase price will not be returned until the the goods have arrived at the Sellers warehouse.
2. The Returned product must be in original condition and packaging. The goods must be returned within 7 days of item receipt.
