As a Buyer, I'd like to let Sellers know that I expect feedback after I make my payment. I don't respect Sellers who hold feedback as hostage until a Buyer gives positive feedback to them. I respect Sellers with integrity.

Anything that I haven't used for awhile, got as a present but don't want, or an over supply when I purchased foolishly.

As a Buyer - I want honesty and a Seller with integrity. If you can't handle my directness, BLOCK me as a potentional Buyer (you'll save me some money, Thank You VERY much!) As a Seller - I pride myself on outstanding Customer Service. If you have special requests, need questions answered, want to know more information, etc... PLEASE e-mail me. I usually check my e-mail once a day at the minimum, but if I am busy out in the field, I could be out-of-pocket on the weekends mostly. Please be patient with me - I will get back with you! Typically, I will send you an e-mail after you purchase, with my phone number so you can contact me anytime, not just via e-mail!

Have been on eBay since 1999, mostly as a Buyer. I have a BA degree in Industrial Management which entailed 4-years of Accounting with Management Analysis/Studies, etc... My minor is in Criminal Justice. I love studying people and have overcome some great obstacles and survival. My previous positions have been as Director of Accounting, Administration, and Operations. My last employment was for over 7 years in the high-tech engineering field as Director of Operations in which I had the pleasure of retiring from over 5 years ago. I love people and now sell Real Estate because I have over 30 years experience with this field (both professionally and personally) and I love to help people get great deals, negotiate, and find their dream homes.

I accept/prefer PayPal since it is so convenient and easy to use. But, I am also willing to accept Money Orders/Cashier Checks, etc... but you will need to allow me sufficient time to make sure it is cashed and doesn't bounce, etc...

Pretty flexible, but mostly I use the Post Office and will ship Priority unless a huge price difference. I usually leave three choices for you to choose from on my Auctions.

I generally allow you to return items and will refund your money, less the shipping/handling fees. But, on occassion I do note that an item is not to be returned because of various reasons that I will note in my auctions.
