However, please understand how your feedback can negatively impact us Small time sellers who do not sell thousands of items a month. Ebay now mandates that we sellers keep a 4.3 average per each category or will be suspended for 30 days from selling regardless of whether or not they even receive any neutral or negative feedback ratings. So, if you felt you had a good transaction and believe a 4 is a good feedback, IT IS NOT - a rating of 4 is really a poor rating in Ebay's THINKING. If I get 12 feedback reports in ONE month & 9 people think it went pretty well & gave 4 stars for a category (e.g., item as described) & 3 people give 5 stars, I would be SUSPENDED!(Average 4.25 for the category).This with NO BAD RATINGS!NOT EVEN A NEUTRAL!
